Who's all going to Thommo's testimonial game on the 9th March?
It sounds like it's going to be a fun game. The current Blaze team vs a Special team.
So far the special team consists of:
Stephen Cooper Andreas Moborg Kurt Irvine (not confirmed) Every coach in the EIHL

Well simple you don't go to the skydome, on the 9th March from 7:45 to about 10ish ;D

How can you miss it, that's the question? Well if it was a choice of missing this game or a big league game I would miss this one. But I should be going. Afterall its Thommo's testimonial and the return of at least two legends Moby and Coops.

Personally I think that all those who have gone to either a finals weekend or big play off match should dig deep to show their appreciation to the legend who made it all possible. I will be annoyed if this isn't a sell out (Before people go on about the cost-I know)

I'm a bit concerned about the timing of this game, I know it is only a testimonial but it is on the Wednesday night before the Elite League's final weekend. All the Elite League coaches are going to be on Thommo's Allstar team. Now I know that if I was the Belfast or Cardiff coach playing against Blaze in that game and my team still had a chance of winning the league I would be out to cripple as many players as possible. Testimonial or not.

I don't think it would be scheduled when it is if it were going to be a full on competitive affair. Should be fun

Well it will probably be vertually non contact but all it takes is one bad check from behind by Dave Whistle or Tony Hand on a Blaze player and that player could be out for the weekend. Thinking about it though I doubt Tony Hand would do anything like that because he still plays himself and I doubt he would want Andre or someone going after him for revenge.
Still providing nothing like that happens it should be a good night. There is going to be so many top players on the ice.

Fair enough TH ain't gonna do it, but don't forget Dennis Maxwell is that sort of a player, he could quite easily 'forget' about the non-contact.........
