the david clarke one looks pretty substantial, and heres the biggy: TREVOR KOENIG is set to hand Cassidy Coventry Blaze a massive boost by staying at the club next season. this in a paper today, i would be very suprised if thommo was to say we have found someone better as there isn't many other that Broduer or Kiprusoff also, Stephen Murphy to Steelers is one around. Phillips to re-sign with Steelers

The rumour about Neal Martin is that he is homeward bound due to his latest addition. Spin off rumours state this is just temporary and he will return in a year.
One I heard at the weekend was Maltby to Vipers

Cowley wont return.....there is a reason he left What is the reason? wanting to be the 2nd line brit (the ash tait role) which in my opinion is not where russ is, the likes of Longstaff, Clarke, Phillips (even first line for him at sheffield sometimes) can pull it off, even at devils, russ wasn't given that chance on the 2nd line, and we seen at the playoffs that it was Paul Sample filling in that role, ok rumours are that he is heading elsewhere, but russ could just well want to come back as our 3rd line winger. and the Carlon point, he didn't get that much ice time this year, as much as he'd liked any way i'd of thought, he has improved big time, great stickhandling this year, but i feel a good solid 2-way will bring out the best in him, even if he is to then come back the year after next as a blaze player.

moore to retire i heard!! simonton outt but i cant remember where this has been going around, i said in my first post Reid to Belfast, and in my 2nd, Huppe to Blaze, its now rumoured that the teams want to have a swap deal due to Reid being close friends with Kelman. I would take this swap, there aren't really many better forwards in this league i would have over Huppe, great goalscorer.

Where did you here that Moore is to retire? 50+ goals in 2 years is a lot of offense to replace.

TC hasnt had the chance to show his full potentially. he has proved that when he does score he scores some amazing goals. far too many people compare tom to the likes of mark richardson. people seem to 4get dat mark gets more ice time so has had more chance to improve. tom got bought to the blaze because he had outgrown the epl. whats the point in him going bk when it is a totally different type of hockey in the epl and he has gained all the experience he could from playing with telford

Yes. Please. I would be turning somersaults if that one happened...although it would see the end of a long-standing tradition whereby I shout "for God's sake, someone watch Huppe!" when he's left unmarked in the slot at least once a period during every Belfast game... ;D Carlon being chased by Nottingham, Sheffield and Cardiff... Edited for blanked out swear word

Hope not why not John id put him on par with calder as a goal scorer, AC got 35 from 67 and huppe 24 from 44, without his injury he could have been pretty equal. If i had a line of calder if he returns with carlson and huppe, i'd be more than happy with that, and even if it isn't the case and we get smith which is stilll rumoured, we could end up with a retty impressive first line, although can see us having max 2 out of those 3 players (calder, huppe, smith) but i'd choose any of them over many players in this league.
