I wonder if Andres game penalty last night was a warm up for another dance with craighead ;D

I wonder if Andres game penalty last night was a warm up for another dance with craighead ;D I'd be surprised now as so much is at stake to lose players for matches/large chunks of games

After 4 weeks of waiting (it seems more like 10) the first leg of the final is almost here. I can't wait.

In the case of it selling out, I reserved an extra ticket for my mate a while ago but he isn't coming now so if I bother to pick it up I will have a ticket going spare if anyone wants it.

This time tomorrow the 1st leg will be over. Can you feel the tension?

Tension well and truly eased with a magnificent performance. To be honest we could have had a bucketload more particularly in the 2nd period when we were just awesome.
Would love to know what happened with Dave Whistle at the end as he seemed the most irate I've ever seen anyone at a match- Tony Hand included- but it seemed a silly pointless thing bearing in mind how long was left.
Roll on next Thursday ;D

It feels so weird, I am sitting here on the Blaze Forum but part of me is saying that I should still be in town celebrating Blaze winning the cup. However I know Thommo won't admit that the cup is won yet because he is the sort of coach that takes the attitude of "It aint over till its over". Blaze were simply amazing, awsome, words can not describe how well we played. Devils didn't even play that bad. My brother and I were discussing before the game about who would be the hero tonight well although Wade was the well deserved Man Of The Match it was the whole team that won it for us.
Cardiff is going to be party on the way, party when we're there and party all the way home. And if we were to come back without the cup I would either be in mourning for the rest of the season or I would be laughing my head off that Blaze won the cup but forgot to take it back on the coach with them ;D

I'm beginning to believe... A five-goal lead is a nice thing to have in the locker on the way to the second leg...HOWEVER, it isn't won yet. It's a fair way towards it, but improbable comebacks have been seen before, and I wouldn't bet against the Devils doing so, should the Blaze switch off. I am hoping that the second leg will swiftly become a party in the WNIR-let us hope the players minds are on the game and not the presentation afterwards-complacency is the biggest danger now-coupled with an extremely fired-up Devils side...

Great result, but for Devils inept performance it would have been closer. We must go for the jugular next week 'cause they are bound to bounce back.
PW, you have to get some Madness tracks. "Your An Embarasment" would have been supurb for Whistle's rant!

Best team performance I have seeen from any Coventry or Solihull Team over last 20 years. Even Steve Carpenter was doing the Zorba hands in the crowd!!. Boy did Carps down a few lagers.
Wade was awesome tonight, but all the team were on fire. Can you really see the Devils putting 5 past Jody in the form he is in? Also, one or two Blaze goals would make the task nigh impossible for the Devils. If we hold them for the first period, we will probably win the away leg as well...
I think Cardiff are a tremendous team, but so well suited to Blaze's lightening breakaway style. Well done Thommo!!!!

I'm surprised no-ones mentions graham being able to hold his own against rob davison. but yeah everyone played well, think jody deserved MoM more but just my opinion i guess. 8 days now till we get the trophy (hopefully), can't see cardiff being back in this now though.
