The Kings for me, got into them during the Gretzky, Kurri & Granato days. It's been downhill since, although we do have the craziest, slightly unreliable but very entertaining netminder Roman Cechmanek. He's like Jody on a sugar buzz.

The pens - unfortunately they are nowhere near as good as when I started watching the NHL. At that time the best offensive team in the league. I also follow Anaheim as I was fortunate enough to see a stanley cup play off game there, and Tampa Bay as seeing there rise recently has been very interesting. Also a bit of a soft spot for the Thrashers who seem to be putting a very good young squad together.
I'll also support any team playing Dallas even the Red Wings.

Thats a bit cheeky after your post on the subject Definately the Rangers numero uno with Montreal a close second. Have to admit to enjoying the progress of the Ducks the other year when they went all the way to the final. Plus I only said I support the one team, I just follow how some of the teams are doing a bit closer than others. Always watch out for Dallas scores hoping they get stuffed by whoever. Also had an extra incentive to support Tampa Bay in playoffs last season, as a certain PW still owes me a drink after their triumph ;D p.s. the joke (well they surely can't be classed as a team) you support might have had a couple of better seasons recently compared to the Pens but you still didn't make the playoffs (hahaha) and at least the Pens have a talented crop of youngsters coming through their farm system.

I'm convined that the Rangers were on course for dominance this year if it hadn't been for the lock out ;D I do have a strange reason for liking Montreal but won't go into that One team I love to see get beat are the Ottawa Sinittas as it makes for as good a fishing trip on Andrew William Barlow as a Pens defeat does with Paul Anthony Sebastian Hilda Wheeler ;D The Ducks thing in 2003 was as a reaction to the surprise to them actually making the post season and then clean sweeping the Detroit Dead Wings (Which I seem to remember at a bowling night being the source of much merriment at a certain young girls expense), before going all the way to the final. When the Rangers are your team the post season is like a completely new competition for everyone else....but we will return
