OK fans pay their money so if they want to boo I guess they are well within their right to do so, just as others are well within their right to sing.
However have these people forgotten what the Blaze have done for us over the past decade and a bit. The club have punched above their weight, year after year, finnishing above the big arena teams and still are the most successful club in Elite League history. Even this season with just two league defeats out of eight so far we're not actually doing that bad but it seems that now, we're not the top club anymore (which we have no devine right to be) people aren't happy. OK last night wasn't a great performance but Thommo has acknowledged that action has to be taken and I am confident that he will be true to his word. Off the ice I feel Andy Buxton and Mike Cowley should seriously consider lowering ticket prices and possibly changing Sunday faceoffs to 4pm but still on the whole as I posted above they have brought this club nothing but success so shouldn't be criticised. Hard times are a head for the club, fans need to stick by the club, booing is not the answer.
Thoughts people.

Also last night Blaze lost to the title favourites. Hardly an embarrassing loss. And what's with the campaign on Fire & Ice to get rid of Thommo

I find it laughable how people suddenly turn on the team after a few if not 1 defeat...
As people have said before, on paper, we never should have won the league/cup against some of the "top" teams, we did however do so with skill determination and a pinch of luck.
Now I can understand people being irritated at how the team have seemed to lack drive having taken some easy wins at the start of this season then seemingly hitting a brick wall in motivation terms having met the wrath of the big teams. It's no reason to start painting red X's on people and darkening thier names.
What kind of fans do that...

Fans who have been spoilt over the past few years. A lot of newer fans expect Blaze to win every game, it's just not going to happen.
I don't care if Blaze lose as long as they try, I get annoyed when the players act like they couldn't care less. Can't comment on if that's been happening this season as I've only seen one game, but it happened a lot last season and casued me to stop going towards the end of the season.

In any job nobody can give the same levels all the time. Sometimes reality needs to kick in that Blaze are currently a way short of the big clubs in the league and the fans need to get behind them more. That means turning up every week and supporting them like the "glory" days. If only the B2P were back to kick start the atmosphere
