Keep him, he is a good player that doesn't get the credit he deserves off fans. He does his job quietly.

I would love to keep him. He's a brit, versatile, will fight, and is an overall good player.

I once spent a whole Blaze game watching Tom Watkins. You notice him do things that u probably wouldn't notice usually. I did that one week! But it wasn't Tom Watkins who I was watching.......and I think I went a bit over the top when I started describing what he was doing when he was sitting on the bench I think we should keep Tom Watkins......I hope we do re sign him ;D |

there is basically only one answer on this poll that you can click without being totally wrong......we must resign Tom, as he is just pure quality in the sense that he can play more or less in any position he is needed to. this guy must be treated like gold dust as he is 'versatile' and 'British' you hardly see imports that can play both the Attacking and Defensive part of the game (Gallace aside!), let alone a Brit that can!

Well really I do hope we re-sign him, we have been singing his praise in this thread and I feel he deserves all of his praise. He is in my eye one of the best brit's around, because of his versatility and all around solid game.

I think Tommy is coming back next season as he is a great player. but also in the paper Tommy was in telford do talks with the 3 guys we have on 2 way contracts ( i think) correct me if im wrong but i think he will have more responsability next season maybe we will see a british captain (ashley tait) and a british alternative Tommy. His skills he can score he can make plays he can skate and see the game well and hes not scared of sticking up for his team mates. Did anyone see that time he battered Jason Rushton after he hit carps in the face that was a great fight.

But he didnt batter rushton, it was draw/ win rushton.
