You can't really get much higher than being elected US President, and becoming the most powerful man on the planet, so it has to be Barack Obama.

The election was well handled but the hard work starts with his investiture. The times are a changing in America but it is unlikely to ever happen that way over here.

Well I am torn...
Obviously Barack Obama being elected is a huge thing, I'm glad that he won and he can only do good things for America.
But, Michael Phelps, what a man! Not for his Olympic achievements though, for the sheer amount of food that he can pack away. It is actually amazing! The man has energy drinks before he goes to bed!!
But seriously ;D I will vote for Obama!
