www.coventryblaze.co.uk/news_latest.php?id=351I cant believe this, absolute disgrace. If a player is banned the ban should stay in place until the appeal has been heard! I really shocked at this, typical Elite League disciplinary board.

He should'nt even be banned .The league and the Steelers are a joke, and i think after the appeal his ban will be reduced.

There is no way the ban will be reduced, the league is a laughing stock already.

It has always been this was. Remember a few years back when Neal Martin was playing for blaze, got a suspension, appealed and played the following night against Devils. His appeal lost and he then sat out his suspension.

Now I don't wish to start a conspiracy theory but anybody else noticed that the two "banned" players were both following games against the Steelers and the Panthers.
Well we can't let the big 2 of hockey get pushed around like a bunch of pansies can we.
Can someone tell me how long Jeff Christian (Steelers) was banned for nearly paralyzing Pavol Mihailik a few years back? Anyone else remember the 2002/03 Panthers....hardly angels were they?
