It’s going to be even easier to buy your Blaze tickets with online ticket sales coming very soon.
The Skydome Arena and ourselves are delighted to be able to confirm that the final stages of testing are now taking place on a brand new online ticket purchase system.
The facility is still a few weeks away but when launched it is expected to prove popular with supporters who find it difficult to contact the box office at their preferred time. The system will enable supporters to quickly see which seats are still available for purchase and to buy the specific seats that they want.
“This is a big step forward for both the club and the Arena,” commented Blaze Chairman Andy Buxton. “Now people will be able to buy tickets for our games and other events at the Arena whenever they want without being restricted to using the box office service. Whatever time of day or night is most convenient for you, you’ll be able to simply purchase your tickets via the web. Of course, the existing box office service will continue as well.
“Similar to most online ticket booking systems, supporters will need to create an account to be able to book on line, but this is a one off thing at the start and once done will enable you to book tickets quickly and easily for future games.
“Season ticket holders who wish to purchase seats for non season ticket games will have their seats linked directly to their accounts so once they have created their accounts, they will be able to just log in and their reserved seats will automatically be there for them to purchase.
“It’s something that many of our supporters have asked us about over the last couple of seasons and we’re delighted that the Arena is now making this facility available. We’ve already added to game nights through the return of the free after match skate and hopefully everyone will be just as pleased with the advent of online ticketing.”
A further announcement will be made when the online ticket purchase system is available – expected to be in about three weeks time.
