I'm looking forward to the European Tour, but as far as the season in general is concerned I'm looking forward to the football season more.

I put other.
For me it is similar every season. I love the hockey during the season, but think that the off-season is a reasonable length of time and I am quite content during May/June/July, however when it gets to August and a couple of weeks before the first game, I start getting quite excited. Always good watching the new players.

I agree that the June July August break is about right and builds up the anticipation, however i am getting the pangs of withdrawal about now and i am looking forward to the season getting underway. I am also getting a little tired of waiting for the final player announcements to be made, although i understand the need to try and keep interest in the local media going i just wish the club could find others ways of spinning interest other than dragging these announcements out.

I also voted other!!
I miss hockey!! and can wait for it to start!!
But dragging the announcments out is making me lose interest, worst off season ever!!

I'd agree it hasn't been the most exciting off-season, but I don't see any rush for the announcements since we all know that the signings are Cowley, Calder and Leclair.

Expect but if they aren't, I'll be surprised.

I'm expecting LeClair, Cowley and Calder in that order to be announced.
The big thing now is, who will replace Clouts, may the rumours begin....

i cant wait for Carlyle to get into Big Chris McAllister of Vipers, as i said in the shoutbox, it would be like us signing Wade, as he has gone back to the club he played in the lockout season, its a great signing by them, but he has got to be on some dollar i'd of thought, still will be great seeing some big action at the skydome this season, i cant wait to see hull as well (the new newcastle lol)
