How many people on the Dragons Den stick to the 5 a day fruit and vegetable intake? I very rarely have any more than one piece of fruit a day and i eat very little vegetables

I currently don't, I try to but not quite hard enough. Problem is I still live with the parents and leave most the food shopping to them. If there is fruit and veg in the house that I like I eat it. If not I don't tend to make any effort in going out to buy any. Does baked beans count as veg?

Always have a Granny Smiths apple for breakfast and vegetables in my lunch at work.
I used to eat 5 oranges a day when I worked nearby but don't anymore

I would say I eat 1 or 2 a day, maximum. I always leave my salad when I have a meal out as well, really bad. I enjoy bannana's and apples though.

Yesterday i had oranges, tomato, lettuce and an apple. Thats only four.
Today I have had an orange, carrots, peaches and I shall probably have an apple and some tomato later taking it up to five. I am always boarderline though.
