Wednesday 27th August when the Great Britain Under 20’s will visit the Skydome in a game facing off at 7.45pm. On Saturday 30th August, Blaze will visit the Mobilx Newcastle Vipers in the first of back to back challenge games (face off 6.30pm), with the second game taking place at the Skydome Arena in Coventry the following night on Sunday 31st August (face off 6pm). The Blaze pre season schedule will conclude with the Charity Shield game against Sheffield Steelers at the Skydome on Wednesday 3rd September (face off 7.45pm). The fixture was launched last season as a battle between league and playoff champions that saw the GMB Nottingham Panthers edge out the Blaze by a single goal. For more info: www.coventryblaze.co.uk/news_latest.php?id=268Vipers home/away again, there's a shocker

I'll go to the Steelers game. The Charity Shield may not be seen as a major trophy but I'm still glad its been kept on.
