Saw this on Sky Sports News this morning.
Ironic that he is probably more popular with Blaze fans for his one season with us than he is with the Vipers fans despite this upcomming season being his fourth with them. Shame he only had the one season with us, will always be a legend at the Skydome. All the best to him next season (until they play us).

Andre Has NOT signed for the vipers, it is still under discussion wether the vipers will have a team this upcoming season, this should be mentioned in the fans forum meeting on the 24th april, however in the paper it does state he would like to a viper if the season continues to run for the fellow newcastle fans.

The thread was started over a year ago and does not relate to the 2009/10 season which is still very much in discussions. Rumour I heard towards the tailend of last season was that the Vipers couldn't afford to run an Elite league team in the upcoming season.

Oh i see my apolgies, the vipers are in the elite league after paying the 10,000 upfront, so it seems they can afford it or otherwise they wouldnt of put it to the league, still a 9 team league, the only problem with the vipers is they have to play at whitley, which is looking very likely.
