So as most of us were aware there will be no British interest in the competition's inaugural season meaning that we will have to settle for the Continental Cup once again. However it looks promising for the 2009-10 season. My only complaint is that they appear to be saying that its the Playoff champions from countries that qualify rather than the league champions meaning that despite being by far the number one team in the UK last season it would not have been enough to get us into the Champions League if British sides were invited to enter.
