Tonights game isn't a sellout.
Ever since Thursday night people all over Coventry have been talking about Blaze and how great we are, now its time for them all to put their money where their mouth is and get to the Sky Dome tonight to give the lads a heros reception and give them their support in the game with Fife as we look to edge that one step closer to claiming the Elite League title. We took a very big away following to Cardiff on Thursday where we won the cup now lets see if we can pack out the Sky Dome from now until the end of the season.
Go On The Blaze!

Tonights game isn't a sellout. Ever since Thursday night people all over Coventry have been talking about Blaze and how great we are, Was sitting on the bus on Friday and could hear people talking about them, saying how they might start to go watch the Blaze instead of the City lol. And then yesterday when i was in the shop, could hear it being discussed!

I was at the football yesterday and I read Geoff Foster's article in the program. It was all about ice hockey and about some of Dave Simms amusing quotes.

Well, i've supported Blaze/barons since 1984. This is the best Blaze team I have ever seen.
The residents of Coventry/Solihull and outlying areas should be proud of this brilliant team. I have converted 5 Birmingham and 3 Villa fans into Blaze fans and next week I am taking 10 new fans to the london game (12 tickets in all).
The newly converted fans said it costs them £28 to watch Villa/Blues play 90 minutes of boring stuff. Go to Skydome and see 2 and half hours of brilliant action, players giving everything and music if you don't like the hockey. All this for £28 for a family of four.
Get down there Blaze fans, this team are so special!!

I usually pay £24 to see the Villa, never boring. That said I can only squeeze in a game or two when the Blaze are not playing which represents better value for money.
Around this time of year we always get an increase in fans anyway due to the play offs. However the secrest is in how many of the newly hooked return in September. The average number is creeping up year by year. Hopefully resulting in increased season ticket sales too.
The futures bright the futures Blaze
