Mark Kolesar has a good rep, but can't see it happening. he was a good player when he played for nottingham panthers. would be nice to see mark back in the elite league again. |

This was in Dave Sim;s weekly sports column
''Mike Peron has spoken to Blazer twice. However, we understand Nottingham
and Coventry are interested in signing him and both can offer more money.'
I wouldn't mind seeing him in a blaze shirt.

NHL players to the Blaze? Not a snowball's chance in hell-the money isn't there, wage-cap or not, and I very much doubt a course at Coventry uni will attract some of the best hockey players in the world...maybe a top AHL-er who's played a few games in the NHL but no 'name' players..

the peron to blaze rumour is still very hot!
i personally believe peron will still be a steelers jersey next season/ maybe panthers!
neil martin is wanted by sheffield, so in my mind, if neil hadn't put pen to paper before sheffield showed their interest, then the steelers might snap him up with a tasty offer! But the blaze wouldn't go down without a fight, should be interesting!

If this is the "rumour" on the testimonial thread to be announced on Monday it will be irritating if nobody just came out and said it. For what it's worth I have heard that Jody signed before he went away from what could be construed as reputable sources i.e. over 35 years old!!  (Therefore not me) |

I heard about the idea of a Chaos player when Graeme came to record my play (P.S. where were you Davey Boy?)
I've not heard about the dual announcers for the Blaze though. I thought the new guy was going solo
