It seems that Blaze have turned down Mighty Ducks' netminder Jean-Sebastian Giguere and Dallas Stars' Bill Guerin, and to be honest i dont blame them! The way we are going at the moment, i see no reason why Paul Thompson should change anything- Good Call!

we have a settled team, who have a realy strong team spirit. Incidents throughout the year have shown this, so why not fix wat aint broke.

i've heard this too...........apparently its gonna be in the CET.........if true i echo whats been said, although it would be absolutely quality to have them here, there is no need to upset the rest of the team by changing it around at this stage of the season.....and especially with how well we are doing.

I wonder how many other teams coaches will look to the quick fix and gamble that it backfires on their team unity. Panthers anyone?

In fairness Panthers lost their best player so they had no choice but to reshuffle the squad.

He could have signed my Ducks jacket and he would have made a good backup for Jody!

Thommo did the right thing. Why fix what aint broke?
Blaze are the most complete team in the EIHL at the moment and unless we suffer a lot of bad luck from now till the end of the season with injurys it will stay that way.

Absolutely the right thing to do. The team spirit at the moment is worth an extra player by itself, why upset the applecart?

you need to bear in mind that an import would have to be dropped to allow any other imports comming unless they have dual (british) nationality.
