The ruling is you are not allowed in the crease prior to the puck being there.
If the puck is in the crease then you can skate into the crease and score.

470 - DEFINITION OF A GOAL
A goal shall be scored:
1- when the puck has been put between the goal posts below the crossbar and entirely across the goal line by the stick of a player of the attacking team, 2- if the puck has been put into the goal in any way by a player of the defending team, 3- if the puck has been deflected into the goal from the shot of an attacking player by striking any part of a team mate, 4- if a player of the attacking team has been physically interfered by the action of any defending player so as to cause him to be in the goal crease when the puck enters the goal, unless if in the opinion of the Referee, he had sufficient time to get out of the crease, 5- if the puck should become loose in the goal crease and then put into in the goal by the stick of the attacking player, 6- when the puck deflects directly off the skate of an attacking or defending player.
also
471 - DISALLOWING A GOAL No goal shall be scored: 1- if an attacking player deliberately kicks, throws, bats with the hands or otherwise directs the puck by any means other than his stick into the goal even if the puck has been further deflected by any player, goalkeeper or official, 2- if an attacking player contacted the puck with the stick above the cross bar, 3- if the puck has been directly deflected into the goal off an official, 4- if an attacking player stands or holds his stick in the goal crease when the puck enters the goal, unless he has been physically interfered by the action of any defending player so as to cause him to be in the goal crease when the puck enters the goal, unless if in the opinion of the Referee, he had sufficient time to get out of the crease or unless Rule 470 applies. 5- if the goal has been displaced from its normal position.
By use of the 2 highlighted sections, the rules allow for a player to enter the crease after the puck has entered the crease and it is loose. Then the goal should by the rules be given.

So the puck becomes loose in the crease ...
Player A (Attacking Team) enters the crease to play the puck.
Player B (Attacking Team) enters the crease to play the puck.
Player A (Attacking Team) puts the puck in the net.
Goal or No Goal?
I would say No Goal because ..
a. Player B wasn't in the crease because a defending player put him there.
b. Player B didn't put the puck into the net, so basically he was trespassing.

I thought the rule was, "If goal has been scored by a Blaze player who even looks at the crease then the goal shall be washed out and the entire line being given 10 minutes for Captains Attitude" ;D ;D
Tongue firmly in cheek, here before anyone gets irate

The only thing to add about that situation is that it would only be a goal assuming that neither player A+B had 'interfered' with the gk (i.e. preventing him from being able to make the save). The key point of this ruling is in 471-4 where it states 'unless rule 470 applies'. Combine the rules and you get this: A goal is disallowed if an attacking player stands or holds his stick in the goal crease when the puck enters the goal ...snip... UNLESS the puck becomes loose in the goal crease then put in the goal by the stick of the attacking player. And i've just asked a Level 3 coach about this and apparantly the goal would be allowed
