I voted average for last night the game flowed and no silly calls . Would have been more impressed but for the disallowed goal first he washed it out then he gave it then washed it out again. Refs don't you just love them.

FWIW, i voted for Average. A bit too quick to blow the whistle IMO, but it did appear that he got the disallowed goal correct according to people that had a better view of it than i did!

I voted for average because games between two evenly matched top teams are never easy to referee. It wasn't the most inspiring performance by Mr Boniface and he did make two or three bad calls. However I have seen much worse performances by a certain other referee. My Kirkham.

I thought it was a poor performance from Boniface. He missed a lot of stuff, called some stuff that other times he was letting go, let too much holding go, and wasn't particularly clear or decisive in his decisions.
However saturday night was a different story completely. Kirkham was superb, possibly the best reffing display i have ever seen. Got pretty much everything right, and let the game flow. The only slight thing I would say was towards the end he let a few calls go, mainly due to the fact they were minor things (definite penalties though) and the game was pretty much dead at that point.

I voted good, but more like average. People are too content to just go with the anti-Nigel flow and not admit when he has a good match.
Damn, he's having a good season at the SkyDome.

He was absolute rubbish, kept stopping the game for minor infringements and then gave stupid penalties which he let go amoment earlier. Very inconsistent!!!

I voted poor purely due to the inconsistency.
Overall it was a better performance from him than usual, but he still has a long way to go!
