Bit late but what do you reckon the score will be?
I going for a 3-2 win. Hopefully in normal time, don't like overtime this season.

Hopefully, Panthers will still be a little shook up after last nights performance
I going to be enthusiastic and predict 4-1 win to Blaze

I think 1-1 after O/T with us getting a goal disallowed and nigel being the centre of attention again!

Nigel had a good game. Only one dodgy call IMO and that was the Lukac high-sticks in the 3rd period. Shouldn't Nottingham have gotten a too-many-men call just before?
The Calder high-sticks call that got the worst response was a good call.
Those in Block 2 need to lay off the guy when he has a good match. Fair enough getting all over him when he's a bit dodgy, but that's the third time this season he's come to the Dome and done well.
I knew everybody would be disappointed tonight after Nottingham losing to the bottom team and us spanking the top team the night before. It was never going to be a walk in the park for us, and I think a draw was a fair result.

I thought Nigel had a pretty poor game...call on Lukac for high sticks...missed the too many men call even though the linesman confirmed it...Belak "tripping" McKenna call...Belak for charging...and a few others but I can't remember
Plus that linesman (I've never seen before)...calling offside when he wasn't even on the line...delaying the puck drop on numerous occasions for nothing
Rant over
Overall...I will take a point against the Panthers anytime...thought both teams were a bit sloppy at times but OK

Pretty dull game, Blaze were average and Nottingham were marginally better. Best bit of the Night was the Knock out punch thrown from the goalie to connect with PW's jaw, TKO. ;D

I think a draw was a fair result from tonights game. Panthers were slightly the better team but we did have a goal dissallowed. Overall a 3-point weekend against two of our title rivals isn't bad. The new guy did alright too. Not a fantastic performance but did his job and he does look ok going forward. I was expecting him to be a stay at home d-man because Bison got rid of him as they felt Gallace was more of an offensive threat. First impressions though I am happy with him.

I thought tonights game was pretty good, end to end all night. We had a goal disallowed, but they hit the post with a shot that deserved a goal IMO.
After seeing Jozef for both of his games this weekend, i have to say that the guy is ok. He's doing the little things well, and he seems to have fit in just nicely - i wonder if Thommo will sign him up.
As for Nigel, i agree with Riddick.
All in all - 3 points from 2 tough games (i'm happy) ;D
Come on you Blaze!!

We didn't have the same fire in our bellys as last night.
Lukac did a very good job and looks to have a good shot on him. I am becoming convinced. Boniface was erratic again although I agree with the "no goal" call.
And King Rich "Those guys in Block 2"- you are b2p man wazzupwidat?

Well yesterday I was with a first-timer, and there was no room up there anyway.
Carol is the worst for the unnecessary Nigel-bashing. The "give it to Nigel" chant usually has most rolling their eyes, and last night was no different.
And no worries I'll be back in Block 2 next week.

I forgot to mention how entertaining the 1st period break was. It was a classic fight between Wheeler and Colin The Netminder.
