Has anyone here ever not received an item on Amazon marketplace/New & Used and had to use the "A-to-z Safe Buying Guarantee claim" to get their money back?
I ordered something on 11th Jan but it never arrived, and recent (and only) feedback left suggest it never will: 1 out of 5: "I have never received my goods or an email telling me where they are. This may well be a fraudulent site" 1 out of 5: "I have not received my order and they have not responded to any of my emails. I would NOT buy from them again." "1 out of 5: "took my money and never heard from them again, didnt recieve a thing"
I filed a claim form but was just wondering how good Amazon normally are at getting you your money back?

Never had a problem on the handful of occasions that items were a day late. Always use "New & Used" so never dealing with the same supplier all the time. On one occasion where I ordered a 2 disc dvd and they processed a single disc I was offered my money back and got it the very next day

Very impressed with Amazon who have already confirmed that the seller has refunded me my money. Not sure I believe the seller refunded me and not Amazon though.....6 "No item, no contact/replies" feedbacks leads me to believe they couldn't contact them either. Oh well, got my money back which is the main thing. Big thumbs up to Amazon

We ordered a CD in November for an Xmas present which never turned up. After contacting the seller they agreed it had got lost and would send another one, the next day the CD turned up. I'm not sure if this was a replacement or the original one. It was a bit of a scare but it wouldn't put me off using the market place again.
