Has anyone ever heard of this company, and if you have do you either:
1) work for them or
2) are you a customer of them?

They're a homewear company who sell stuff via a catalogue that gets pushed through the door. Their stuff is cheap and not very flash.
We've had stuff from them in the past, usually little thing you never get round to going to the shops for like pegs and a knife sharpener.
Can I ask why?

They have offered me a job. Only catch (and it is quite a big catch) is that I have to pay 125 pound for the catalogues to be delievered to me.

£125 seems a bit much, no wonder the agents are keen on getting them back. I only hope the commission is worth it.

21% of sales. Also no payment, apart from the commission, i.e. if there are no sales, I don't get ANY money.
As well as that I have to pay for my lost catalogues (even though of course the customers have lost my catalogues and not me.)
As well as that, theres no way of knowing if I am the only distributer in my area. (Well actually I know I'm not, because I know people in my street have the catalogue.) People get angry if they are continously getting catalogues from different people, for the same company.
Anyway now that you know that, you will see why the agents will want the catalogues back. It is quite expensive, as any advertising has to be done by me.
Anyway, I've decided to reject the job. A lot of people will go for it, cause if you get other people to sign up (and part with 125 pound,) you can earn fantastic money. However pyramid schemes are illegal, but I know what I think about the scheme.

Yes thats why I've rejected the job.
However there will be some people that can't resist it.
