Was just thinking, seen as we'll hopefully get a rematch against the French in October (or a game of football against fans of whatever team is hosting our Continental Cup group) it could be an idea to prepare ourselves (not that we needed much preperation last time) by having a few kick abouts up the Memorial Park, or wherever is convienient for the majority on Sunday afternoons during the summer. Those not planning on going Europe would be welcome too, the more the merrier. Whose up for it?

Not a bad plan. It was a good win last time for us English I seem to remember you and I think Paul as well were representing the French that day Steve. Anyway, next Sunday down the Memorial Park (actually the Sow Common would be better for me but probably not everybody else). What time would suit people? I'm free all day but afternoon would be good.

Sunday might be a good idea. What sort of time were you thinking?

I'd like to come, but i'm the other side of Brum, so looks doubtful for me, unless we have a game at sutton park which is what, 5 minutes down the road from me mind you if JP was playing i wouldn't mind putting a few past him

Not to many responses to this idea then. Although one of my mates who don't use this forum says he might be up for it. Would people prefer Saturday instead of Sunday? More buses run so it could make it a little bit easier for anybody who has a bit of a distance to travel.
