Man Jailed For Cutting Off Ponytail

A man has been given a 1 year jail sentence for cutting off his girlfriend's ponytail without her permission OK I don't know the full story but that does sound a little harsh, especially if it was only mean't as a prank. If a woman was to cut a blokes hair off without permission would she get the same sentence I wonder?

It is annoying when murderers, rapists and terrorists get let off so lightly in comparison to the heft clamp down on silly crimes.

I read about some jobsworth warden issuing a £75 fine on a 16 year old girl for putting a lollipop stick on a wall. When the girl, who was incredibly shocked about the severity of it offered to put it in the bin she was told it was too late. Reports state that the stick was on the wall for a matter of seconds
