You have to book rooms via Accommodate as they did the negotiations on our behalf to get the rate at this Hotel. The service is free and they are good sponsors. The hotel will not accept a booking direct, I promise you all

Because Accommodate agreed that rate for all Ice Hockey fans and its only right that Teams/Supporters come through them so they can keep an upto date view of the booking situation. I would imagine they promised x amount of rooms to the Hotel in order to get the rate. I have no problem with them at all, every booking I have made with them has been 100% OK

Can someone who has the details post a link or contact to Accomodate on a separate thread so we have a central point to book rooms etc.
I am going, have sorted out flight but need to reserve my room. As I recall you pay on the day you get there as opposed to up front

Bear in mind the costs of supplement for single rooms, try to share where possible

Excellent...I'm there now-although it's going to be a mission and a half flying from Gatwick-it does mean we're getting flights, travel to English airport and room for the price you're likely paying to fly from Birmingham though

I dont know but some of us have early flights so we might just head to the airport to eat as there wont be much time... or you could wait until you got back to sunny ol' coventry ;D. But i'd expect it would
