This is more aimed at the staff, I'm just intrigued as to what this paypal business is all about?
I mean, before people are going to hand over their hard earned money, I'm quite sure they are going to want to know what it goes towards exactly?
...... or have I missed something?

You haven't missed anything.....just been a bit busy to post and explain.
Any donations from members would help us a great deal. Things we are looking to do to improve the Dragon's Den include: Setting up a website to accompany the forum Purchasing a .co.uk or .com domain for that website Possibly making this forum ad-free Running competitions for members to enter
We are also discussing other ideas that we believe will improve the forum. All of these things however cost money, and donations from members would mean that we could start work on these improvements and begin making the Dragon's Den community better immediately.

How much are you looking to spend on the new 'website'?
What sort of material would you be looking to have?
Do you have folk who can design decent enouh websites?
Would you be tempted to move to a different style of forum (similar to Steeltalk and KOTG)?
Just a few questions!!

How much are you looking to spend on the new 'website'? What sort of material would you be looking to have? Do you have folk who can design decent enough websites? Would you be tempted to move to a different style of forum (similar to Steeltalk and KOTG)? Just a few questions!! I'm willing to help out with the old website design, after all it is what i do when not doing hockey stuff! That would be great Carpo, thanks! In regards to Big Dave Steelers questions; All donations will be split equally towards our improvements. For e.g as Steph said, a new website with a .co.uk domain, an advert-free Dragon's Den Forum and hopefully many more new features. All donations are much appreciated - help to improve your online Blaze Community!!

I don't like it for the simple reason that when I log onto the forum it only half loads up so I have to click on my profile and click on the links to my recent posts in order to get through to the forum. Whether thats just my slow computer or whether its a trick to try and force people to donate I don't know but I find it annoying.

We have done nothing to alter the way the forum loads, and couldn't if we wanted to (which we don't)
