Exams, people...
Saturday's the only day most people can consider making...allthough I'm sure Tesco could find someone else to stack the shelves for that day if there's no other day spare. Wednesday 8th seems a bit of a random date...

Saturday's the only day most people can consider making I disagree; I think we'll be able to find a week-day that can please everyone who is going. Wednesday 8th was the first one that I decided to put forward... see how many people like it. The sooner we get a date the sooner we can start getting people's names in. |

Will not a weekend date be better for those who work/school etc during the day? I know some work at weekends also but it is finding out which is best for the majority.
Also think it should be as near to organised as possible.
So if somebody wants to pop their organising cap on great.
If anyone is able to help/suggest on this score the better.
As for picking teams, why don't we find out who is available first then select captains to pick their teams from those available.
If anyone doesn't want to play but wants to be ref all the better too.
What about an accesible venue? Carlito suggested the Memorial Park which sounds fine to me but how about others?

There's a nice area in the Memorial Park which is almost always unused.
Nobody has school on a Wednesday afternoon, and I reckon we can get a Wednesday (thinking 8th or 15th) that can suit everybody.

What about a sunday afternoon? Everyone normally has icehockey so it shouldnt be a problem.. I work Saturdays, and wednesdays but on weds 4-7 so it shouldnt be a huge problem.... prefer it to be a sunday or friday afternoon tho, those are my free days/evenings.

Sundays are always do-able...........tuesdays should be ok, but it's gonna be a 50/50 chance as i work every other tuesday. But as i've said before, if its just me being awkward just go ahead with it whenever it suits the rest of you guys.
