I reckon we should do it in the Memorial Park, as soon as we've got a decent number of lads together.
Are we up for a proper match, with rules and everything?

I am claiming a place in one of the goals with a view to becoming an outfield player later on in the game!!

How about, in time-honoured tradition, this Saturday, 3 p.m, at the Memorial Park? Team captains to nominate themselves, and then pick a team from everyone who wants to go...if you do, post here...

Myself and Davey Boy definitely can't do Saturdays. We'll have to make sure everyone is free to get a decent number for two teams.
Guess I'll have to scrape all the hard mud of the old boots...

Personally I'd rather the girls did. If you can't skate you can always hold onto the sides

Friday nights (Most weeks) is Speedway night for those wishing to attend.
To answer Richs question, about teams near Norfolk having pre season games- Lowestoft have often had such matches and I have previously seen them take on Ipswich, Norwich, Tottenham and Brentford in the past.

Right, let's get a bit of organisation.
If you think Ice Skating early on in the day and a Soccer match later in the evening sounds like a good idea...
Gimmie a big smiley face ;D

Gimmie a big smiley face ;D Gotta disagree here. I personally think the events should be kept separate to make each event bigger. By the way I also think the football should be open to any females who wish to play and not just restrict it to the guys

I won't be participating in the Skating as i broke my ankle a few years back (roller blading). It wasn't very nice and has put me off for life!!

I'm up for playing football. I'll be a team captain as well. Makesure we get the teams picked before the day though because I can't be asked spending 2 hours standing in the middle of a field arguing about the teams. I know what some of you lot are like Any girls that play I want them on my side. I also want Andy on my side if he plays (brothers stick together) and someone who is close to being a half decent goalkeeper if not better. Make me the England manager
