While a lot of people on here were probably watching that game on TV tonight I was at Manor Park watching Nuneaton Borough play Altrincham in what turned out to be the last ever game at Manor Park. The game finnished 1-1 with Altrincham winning 4-2 on penaltys. Even though I am gutted that the Boro, who are my second team lost I am so glad I went. It was real entertaining stuff and it only cost £8 to get in. The quality of football wasn't to good infact it was pathetic but what you had were 22 men, some who have other jobs playing as if they were prepared to die for the cause. The amount of goal line clearences and blocks were unbelievable. Very scrappy. Despite Boro losing fans were treated to an injury time equaliser by LEGEND Terry Angus. A man who had came out of retirement to play. It was a cracking goal too. The c**k And Bear End roared one last time. Great advert for football.
