i personally think the are pretty pants and all because they need sharpening more often they always seem to be blunt!!!!  |

i agree with you. they are poor quality but i suppose they have a budget to keep to.

I wouldn't know because i've never skated there. I was gonna go over the holiday but if they are that bad i might not bother.

Used to be able to Skate (kind of), until i really badly broke my ankle (ended up in a wheelchair for 6 months) and the way my ankle reset was in such a wrong way that if i put skates on now, the pain is unbearable.........so in short, i've not skated since!!

Snap! I broke my ankle as well, fortunatly though they were able to reset it the, ahem old fashioned way, within a couple of hours otherwise it would have been a lot worse. Still ended up on crutches for ages though! |

Interesting side note: The Skydome apparantly bought the skates off Solihull when they opened... And solihull used the money to buy some cracking skates...

They are bad i only used them once then brought my own pair of skates. Even worse they are figure skating skates and that jagged bit at the front trips people over. They may have a budget to keep to, but how many people actually use those skates and get put off by them?.

im ok now all because i should be getting some of my own skates on friday. woohoo.  so no more skydome skates anymore ha skydome skates suck.  |
