How many people will be tuning into the Super Bowl tonight, New England Patriots vs Philadelphia Eagles? I might watch some of it, although i'm not a big fan of the NFL.

I flipped through last night and saw Sir Paul on TV and thought "oh it must be half-time at the the Superbowl".... then i thought, what a load of pointless crap surrounding a sporting event.
American football's boring as well.

I watched the whole thing. How sad am I? The best place to be a sports fan in the US must be Boston-two championship teams...

Hmmm well appartantly screaming 'Sheeeeeee shoooooooots sheeeeee scoooooooorrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeees' at the top of your voice over the PA at the skydome on saturday night was fulfilling a fantasy... so yeah i'd say your pretty sad ;D I missed it though and am quite upset about it, so i guess i'm a bit sad as well!

Just finished watching the Superb Owl and was disappointed the Eagles didn't win. After so many times nearly getting to the big game they go and lose it with some silly tactical errors.
Anyone notice a Patriots player by the name of Mike Vrabel

It's spreading though-there was a burst of 'he shoots, he scorrrres' at the junior games yesterday-from the person who the above scream was aimed at on Saturday night, no less...originality is not a strongpoint of the Blaze junior system... As for Mike Vrabel-one did indeed notice him. At 6'4 and 261 lbs it would be hard not to...particularly when he gets the second touchdown...

I aint really into American Football but as seen as there is a lot of fuss about the Super Bowl and New ENGLAND Patriots were playing I was considering tuning in. However, after a 6 hour trip all over the South of Scotland (including Dundee, Fife, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Motherwell, Kilmarnock, Livingston and how can I forget Bellshill) I just got in for the end where they were making all the speaches.

Hope someone different wins it next year, and the Patriots start next season like that year the Rams did when they were hot favourites and only won 1 out of their first 6 or 7 matches
