I heard it was the game of the season. Why did you have to spoil it for me by telling me the score. I'm off to watch the highlights on Match Of The Day in a bit. So the Mancs have won the battle for second place. As for Arsenal well when everyone was going on about them being invincible towards the end of last season it was I who kept pointing out that they had had a lot of luck and also that they were very vunerable at the back and that it would catch up with them eventually. Well I have been proved right this season.

In any other year this would no doubt have been a title decider but this time both are so far away from the Chelseas (And Villa next year ) that they are reduced to the battle Newcastle and Liverpool used to have for the 4th Champions league spot. Can't see Chelseas dynasty ending for a few years yet

Just got back home having missed the results. I take it Blackburn beat Chelski (And then I see the smiley) How did Villa do against Fulham?

1-1, Angel missed two penaltys and Fulham equlised 3 minutes into injury time Can't believe my post about Paul Dickov got edited . It did probably seem a bit rude though.

Chelski for the Premiership Newcastle for the FA Cup Chelski for the League Cup Barcelona for the Champions League I was glad Newcastle won today because even though Chelski winning all four competitions or even just the three domestic ones would have been a fantastic achievment I really want to see Newcastle win some silverware. I don't support them but they are a great football club who have really under achieved by going so long without winning anything. It would be a fantastic end to Alan Shearer's magnifcent career too. I wasn't to keen on him when he retired from international football but now I can sort of see why he decided to do so. Also if Newcastle win the cup I can say that Coventry did ok because it was the eventual winners that knocked us out
