How come it's alright for people to call us chavs (which is fine, really) but the Cardiff fans get all uptight when we call them sheep (to their faces )?

Because Coventry is a City and when we get called chavs they are only slagging off Coventry and not the rest of England. However when we call people from Cardiff sheep they see it as us slagging off the whole of Wales as a country so it is racist.

Oh so it's ok to slag off a city but not a country? No it isn't- just ask Boris Johnson. He ended up losing his job at it. And slagging off cities/towns/areas etc? That's how football hooliganism grew by yobs slagging off those who followed the teams from other towns to get the distasteful stereotypes that people have of virtually every area in the country.....and it doesn't stop there, countries start to get slagged off, even styles of countries (Western world/ Old Eastern Bloc/Religions etc) Thousands of years ago the jews and the arabs called each other the equivalent of chavs and look at those races now Can't we live in harmony? **climbs down off soap box**
