(Might have been the only way Jody gets a shut out all year)
Well done to Jody for keeping a clean sheet tonight with an excellent performance. Dan all so played well it must be hard coming off the bench cold and trying to get into the game but i think he has the makings of a good net minder

I don't think he will offically be credited with a shut-out as I think you have to be in for the duration of the game. I agree though he played excellent tonight, a vast improvement on last Sunday ;D

That was a massacre, poor old bison rolled over big style. can't believe graham did not get a point .his effort deserved it. Wade was avoided by some of the herd i wonder why? when we got number 9 i was hoping for one in ten from Ub40 still maybe next time eh.

To be honest I thought we were very poor tonight and very very lucky to win so convincingly, Bison didn't deserve that. McNamera's first goal wasn't in anyway it had hit the bar. That was the goal that killed Bison off. lol i'm just joking. We were awsome tonight. McNamera was outstanding, Payette did exacly what he is paid for, Wade Belak looks very handy and I can't wait to see more of him when he is fully settled in. I could go on and on, it was a fantastic all round performance. ;D

aye, fantastic, my lad was dieing to see Wade slinging the punches though.
if he could have got that goalies mask off quicker he would have flattened him, that little skirmish was brewing all night for some reason.
there was some great hockey played tonight, Belak can pass that's for sure!
we'll look after him beergirl, don't you worry!

Superb all round performance by a very dominant Blaze.
Brings back memories of the BNL winning side when you see us racking up scores like that doesn't it!?! lol
Just like to say though, that the McNamara 'goal' was definately in, as i was stood right next to the goal judge behind that goal.
Very pleased with the result, and What a HIT Joel laid on Jeff Ewasko!! Apparently he was checked out by a paramedic after that, thats why he didn't return to the game, not sure why Joel didn't come back out though!

What a great game last night! I was sat there during the first period thinking, 'oh, this is boring...' then in went goal #1 and it got better and better!!
I heard that Joel didn't come back on as he was concussed and has stitches to his ear. Do you think Ewasko had a nibble???
I really hope we get to keep at least 7 of our boys for next season. This years team are just so exciting to watch and I think are going to get better and better as the season progresses.

Man Of The Match could have gone to a number of players last night, T-Boy let the fans decide and the most popular choice was Dan Carlson the hatrick hero.

i agree with the comment regarding keeping the team together for next year, that seems to be one of the biggest problems is the teams changing so dramatically at the end of each year.
Coventry have got some great players, i really enjoyed last night and need to find a way of getting to more games.
Hoping to go to London Sunday night.............
