After having a discussion with someone at work today, i'm just wondering what you'd all pick if you were to win on the lottery? I know it may seem as though there's an obvious pick, but if you really think about it, is there such thing as TOO much money?

I'd be happy with £10 Million + but I would give £5 to charity ;D You can never have too much money as it gives you the choices to best enjoy life

You can never have to much money. Even if I was a millionaire I would still want to become a billionaire so I could buy Coventry City. To be honest though I would probably become to lazy and never work again if I won a few million.

Some say that you would have nothing to do if you had millions, and life would be pointless as you'd have nothing to work for. I'd still like a good £10,000,000 though!

If I was wealthy enough to not have to do my current job, then I could take the time to concentrate on a hobby and turn it into a career, like writing as I never have the time at present due to work and other leisure commitments.

In my dreams, i would like to win over £10million. I can understand the view that once your financial needs are met and eliminated, there may be less to work for. What about celebrities though? The top earners like Tom Cruise and Jonny Depp earn that amount and more. They have gorgeous homes in the USA or Europe with huge swimming pools and acres of space. What about the larger tax bracket though? If you earn more money, you are charged more tax. So it may not pay to be too rich.
If i won £10million tomorrow, i would pay off my grandparents mortgage, pay for their holiday to Australia, and maybe even a holiday home so they can spend part of the year with their grandchildren, the other part with my family. I would help my brothers find a new home so they could move out. In terms of my parents, i would help them pay the bills so they wouldn't have to worry about it again. I would give money to charity, and help Coventry Blaze build a better sports facility so hockey could be better provided for. I may become selfish and stingy with money though like Scrooge out of A Christmas Carol. The more money you have, the more you want so maybe its best to have enough to get by comfortably and have enough to save every month so you have money ready for the future. I would not want to stop work, as i would become bored and depressed. So, i would try and carry it on, but enjoy more hobbies and a holiday home.
Its hard, but i think im happy not to win the lottery, as it would carry a lot of responsibility and people wanting a share of the cash. It may change me in a negative way, and forget how the majority of people work hard for most of their lives to earn enough to live comfortably. I would like to earn the money more than win it in a lottery which i only paid a £1 in. If i did win it, i would have to think hard and wisely how to handle it.

If I won £10 Million I would put a big spread in the local paper to gloat, then relocate to Ireland for tax purposes whilst coming to England every week ;D

I'd like to think that if I won £10million on the lottery I wouldn't tell anyone except for wise family members who could advise me. And live as normal life possible just with more money so I wouldn't have to worry about saving to much.
