Can't believe this game got called off, I had £10 on Liverpool to win and now I have got to wait until the 18th January till the game is played and I can claim my winnings. I will only win £5 plus the £10 I put on but I was going to either spend it on a ticket for the game up Highfield Road tommorow or put it all on another bet. An accumulater. I don't really bet much but I thought I would this weekend as its the FA Cup 3rd Round. I guess now I can spend my winnings on my ticket for the Blaze game 19th January.

Burnleys game with Leicester was abandoned mid way through last weekend due to heavy rain. There will be more the same tomorrow with inclement conditions affecting the sporting world. Should be a good leveller in the F.A. Cup matches which should help the lower league sides. Except at Brammall Lane of course

Despite the pouring down rain in Coventry on Friday night the Highfield Road pitch seemed ok on Saturday.
As for Burnley V Liverpool, I was allowed to get my £10 back because the game got postponed. I was going to put the same bet on again when the game gets played. After certain results at Bramell Lane and Old Trafford this weekend though I aint to sure.
