Tonights final of the X Factor was surely the biggest fix going.
The two finalists Steve & G4 gave drastically differing performances tonight, Steve sang safe tunes and messed up at least twice whereas G4 showed a good range and were technically spot on. The audience in the studio thought the same, and yet Simon Cowells protegee is declared the winner (Bit like the Scottish large lass who won Pop Idol- can't remember her name), which leads me to the question;
Was this the biggest fix ever? Or is there worse in another fiels?

Tut come on. First off if it WAS a fix it would be the worst ever. And I hate when people say reality shows are fixed when their favourite doesn't win.
I preferred G4 but to insinuate (is that the word?) that it was a fix is a bit stupid.
Steve was always going to win, he's a middle-aged woman's dream, and an incredible number of them watch X Factor, Pop Idol etc. G4 were in the bottom two earlier in the series, so it was obvious who was the favourite with the public.
G4 were flawless tonight though.

I disgaree as there were a number of factors why G4 would not win a recording contract with Simon Cowells label the main one being his own band Il Divo who are like G4 lite in comparison.
Steve Brookstein is so bland and cheesy and will not sell records similar to Cowells last protege Michelle McMammoth. G4 on the other hand (Similar to Tabby & Cassie) have a niche and appeal which will get over with the record buying public which is mainly composed of young people.
For the record my favourite from the top 9 was Roberta followed by Cassie & Tabby. I did appreciate G4s talent and would probably buy a greatest hits album of theirs (But not regularly singles), and thought they genuinly did deserve to win over the as Sharon Osbourne called him "One trick pony"

I don't really remember the first one that went out, but Cassie was hot so she would get my vote, if ever I was stupid enough to vote.
