Does anyone know how Hooper is after his nasty injury on the ice in the Chaos game on Sunday. He went down in a hell of a lot of pain, possible broken leg. I left as the ambulance was pulling up to the skydome.
I wish him a speedy recovery, hope it's nothing too serious!

'Twas a dislocated knee-and it didn't look too pretty at all. Luckily, after going to hospital I believe Ben is recovering now-his brother Tom is on the Elite League Blaze forum, so you could ask to check. P.S-Chaos lost 16-1 in the end-the Vikings had Rob Eley and Don Breau lining up for them, amongst others-was a surreal experience to be lining up for a face-off next to the former Blaze number 19 on several occasions. With any luck, though, he'll remember me as I was always hassling him with stick, glove, elbow etc...until he turned on the jets and left me for dead...  I can say I've checked him, though-even if he did recover almost instantly, and respond to my taunt of 'take that, Rob bloody Eley' by walloping me back, sending me flying. Still-all part of the game. |
