Can anybody tell me what has happened to Phil on Eastenders, I thought that he had escaped to Brazil after being framed for armed robbery by Dirty Den, however apparently he is coming back into the show. I can't see how they are going to bring him back though when he is on the run from the law. The only thing I can think of is that they will film him in prison, but I can't see them doing that for 10 years.

This will go the way of Brookie before long seeing as the cuts that are intended. The one who they need to get rid of is the pathetic excuse for a gangster who's bio reads thus, 1. Comedic henchman for that bloke from Shelly 2. Genuine hardman who took over when the wooden Dennis Rickman shot his old boss 3. Equal to Den Watts when he returned after having a contract put on him by his old boss (Watching EE in 1988/9 the "Firm" had much more charismatic players anyway) 4. Kicked out by the mob battered and bruised 5. Slimy blackmailer who had to trick Kat into bed 6. Back with the mob on a last chance basis (This one stretched credibility as those sort of set ups would not relinquish their hold so easily) 7. Bookie who couldn't frighten Pat 8. Con man who tries to get the Mitchell empire (?!) Call it a day BBC
