Just wondering where all the forum members are nowadays, apparently there are :o239:o signed up but only 2-3 post on a regular basis. As this is the only Coventry Blaze forum on the internet, i'm getting slightly worried. (There's always the Blaze Board i guess)  |

Oh yeah, your forum that you said you were gonna delete, so we let you be moderator on here.
It'll kick off when the season starts. I'll keep puttin the news up here. I like the Cage Forum anyway.

I really hope this forum does pick-up when the seasons starts, at the minute it's pretty dead.
As for the Blaze Board, i never post on it anymore and the last post that went up on there was over 10 days ago. I will delete it eventually, but for now it can stay as it is.

I slagged this forum off a couple of weeks ago and then didn't use it for a while but the only reason I didn't like the forum was because of the tense bickering between you guys, which seems to have calmed down now. Hopefully the forum will pick up. I am happy using it. Although no hockey is being played right now we still have a lot to talk about such as new signings and things such as who will be captain for next season. Joel? Ash? maybe even Tommy Watkins, yeah he'd be a good choice for the "C" from what I have seen. Although I only see him on the ice. I don't know what he is like in the changing room. I guess Thomo is the one who knows best and he has spoken very highly of Watkins in the past.

I know you're gunning for Tommy to wear the C but I can't see it happening. I've always thought it would go to Joel, but now I'm thinking maybe Ashley Tait... I just dunno! |

I think Thomo will opt to have a Brit as captain, which really makes it out of Tait and Watkins. JP would be more than capable of being captain though, perhaps with Watkins and Tait getting the "A". I think we want somebody who will be with the Blaze for a good few years to be captain though so it doesn't have to change for next season. Out of Watkins, Tait and Poirier I think Watkins is the player most likley to still be with us for the 2005-06. Like Rocky Balboa said "Always think ahead".

Well I keep thinking about our success of the BNL double, and who was our captain then?
Have you heard him speak English?!
Now that Task has left us, I think we might take on Tommy as "our boy" for next season - the B2P's favourite?

TOMMY WATKINS FOR CAPTAIN! well i want watkins as our captain, he is versatile, hard working, british, honest, he is a great guy! I want him as captain and next season I'm going to make sure he knows we appreciate him!  WATKINS FOR CAPTAIN! |
