Did anybody else on here do the fun run this morning. Im proud to say that I completed it in under 40 minutes. Probably about 38 minutes but I am not 100% on that. I feel it was a prety respectable time as a month ago I would have been struggling by the time I had left the Memorial Park, never mind running the full 4 and a half miles. However, thanks to training I am no longer very unfit, I am just unfit. My brother did fantastic in it, he finnished 26th. Hopefully next year I will be up there. Iv gota keep training hard though.

I want to go running but I need to rest my leg, everytime I run long distances the sweat effects to rash on my leg. It doesn't hurt but it doesn't look very nice.

I did it about 12 years ago in 33 minutes but was much thinner then- like a whippet. Plus I got quicker as the pub was at the finish line! ;D
