If this was who do you want to win it would be pointless. Who will follow Ashley Tait in picking up the league pot?

Giants have a good chance. I'm not sure how not taking part in the challenge cup will affect them though. They certainly won't lose many even though they have lost the worlds greatest goalie

hate to say it but i think devils to win the league but us to win the playoffs. i think giants won't gel together as well as other teams, but we are going to be right behind the devils and i hope im proven wrong.

Gonna stick my neck out and say the Devils. They just seemed to have the same swagger about them on Sunday that we had last year

Although the performance against Cardiff hasn't given me any reason to believe it I would still never bet against Blaze. We always start the season slow but all these new signings are top stars. I have every faith that they will click and then we will kick butt.

Panthers will take at least one trophy...in Tessier, Cardarelli and Cote they have three major goal threats-not forgetting David Clarke... Devils and Giants will be there or thereabouts..
I can see this being a lean year at the Skydome...the Conti Cup will be the highlight of the season by far...mid-table mediocrity may be a fate that the majority of the crowd ain't used to...
I hope I'm wrong...

by majority of the crowd you mean the non-regulars who've only started watching coz it was on the news that coventry had actually won something?

Gonna stick my neck out and say the Devils. They just seemed to have the same swagger about them on Sunday that we had last year ::)Come on guys be more positive! we didn't have that swagger at the beginning of last season, it grew and grew as we watched Thommo weave his magic. I am disappointed at all the negativity on here and the other forums. We are being swayed by other teams propaganda and spin which you would expect as we are the ones to be shot at. All the other teams have signed good players but it is what the coach can get out of them that is important Keep the faith we CAN do it again. Just believe

Yes I believe we can do it again and sincerely hope we do. My point was that last week the Devils had the confidence that we had towards the end of last season and should they keep it up will be very hard to beat.
