Curtis Huppe gave Belfast the lead with an assit from Tony Hand a man who knows all about battles with Blaze for league titles coming out on both sides. Cardiff equalised though through John Cullen assisted by Russ Romaniuk. If that goal ends up being the turning point in the game and Devils go on to win Russ Romaniuk will be a hero amongst Blaze fans for a while and all will be forgiven even though he did try to put Neal Martin out for the rest of the season.
