Will the bar at the Sky Dome be open? If so I might make the Sky Dome one of my stops in my weekly afternoon drinking session.

Yep..... as usual..
It's the Promotion/Relegation Playoff tomorrow.
Swindon Top Cats vs Streatham Storm, who won today by 3 goals to 0.
Should be a cracking game of hockey!

I was there, pretty decent game. You could tell that Streatham were slightly the better team and that they ran out with a deserved 3-0 win. I was sat near the Billingham supporters and it was funny because they were giving the referee loads of abuse for apparently no reasons whatsoever!!
Should be there for todays game, who do you reckon should win this one??

View is personal opinion and not that of EIHA/Coventry Phoenix

That's the thing, honestly no one knows.
But, at the Swindon Tournament a couple of weeks ago, the two sides, played...
A very chippy, very physical game (and the games are only 12 minutes running clock long!) finished:
Streatham 1 Swindon 0
which has just added to the rivalry.... Personally, i expect to be kept busy annoucing lots of penalties if it's anything like the tournie game!

On Saturday Streatham beat Billingham quite comfortably by 3 goals to 0.
On Sunday it was a much closer game finishing Streatham 1 Swindon 0. Both teams played quite well, was a chippy 1st period, tense 2nd period and then after the goal in the 3rd period it really opened up. Swindon nearly equalised at the death with the goalie pulled, but couldn't quite manage it.
End result means Streatham Storm are promoted to the premier division and Swindon Top Cats will be playing in division 1 south.
