Well neither do i!!
From the exhibition game at the playoffs i think there is a massive difference between the standard in the Elite and EPL leagues.
If, and it is a big if, MK play panthers, steelers or giants, and get thrashed, it could damage confidence and they could end up in a worse position.

Is it the Elite League Challenge Cup that they are going into. I thought that competition was being replaced by the National Cup.

I dnt think that our boys will loose confidence. we have excepted that it will be a big challenge and know whats in store but its a way forward. I dont think that we will win anything, but its a start of a new way forward in challenge games we have only lost by a couple of goals for example L3-4 againts Manchester Phoenix (They scored in the last few seconds) and L6-7 Basingstoke

Agreed that results against Elite League teams wont damage confidence after all Blaze beat them 7-1 right at the start of the season and Lightening didn't go on to have too bad a season in the end did they?

I'm confused about the whole cup situation? Is anything set in stone yet? And who's in it?
