Tonight (Wednesday) BBC2 @ 8.00pm the mightily excellent Dragon's Den returns. It has the same Dragons and if Heat is to be believed (I didn't buy it was just lying around, honest) Richard gets stroppy this series  |

It will be the first time in 4 series they haven't changed the line up. Good in my opinion as the current lot are the best.
I agree that last time around Richard Farleigh came across as an affable Aussie compared to the cynical others.
I only wish they would get rid of Gollum as the link man though

I think he fancies him really! Yikes...if I ever did please shoot me. I really can't see the point of having this reptilian looking freak patronising the optimistic punters as if he is on a par with the skills of the Dragons ...christ even Kate Thornton links better than Gollum does |

...christ even Kate Thornton links better than Gollum does That's where you lost your credibility a mute duck could do better links than Kate Thornton, in fact a mute duck could do anything better thanher. I bet Smash Hits still regret the day they gave her a job! |

Have to say I thought the i-Teddys idea is way too off beat to catch on. Have to say I had my own "Dragon" moment today with a customer who called requesting a higher credit limit (I'm a Credit Analyst) with her order book forecasts and pledges that the business was being run very well. I pointed out that the woman speaking has resigned her own directorship of the company within 6 weeks of it starting and stated that the figures (Accounts) she had provided already showed an alarming working capital deficit (After just 6 months of trade following a previous liquidated company) and that the company had only a declared net worth of £815.00 She then used her trump card by claiming that although she was no longer a listed officer (Director) of the company she still owned "100% of the issued share capital". In my very most Dragons best I replied "That's true you have invested a total of £1 (ONE POUND) in equity in the business. ;D Game set and match to me  P.S. One of the I.T. geeks looks like Evan "Gollum" Davies at our place too ;D |

Well they finished the series on a bit of a high with all five buying a bit of the power saver thingy.
But!!! .... Why when all five were thinking about for 10% each try to knock them down to 8% each. 2% would be nothing to the Dragons but it would mean an extra 10% to the two guys who's idea it was.
Could you find two uglier guys too?
