Last time we met was a week after we clinched the BNL title. On a night where the 60 minutes did not matter we lost 5-0 but still celebrated like crazy as we picked up the trophy.
Our two paths have since gone in very different routes and the previous close battles will be a thing of the past
I take us to win 7-1

There's alot of history/rivalry between the Blaze and the Dundee Texol Stars. We'll give Paddy Lochi a nice warm welcome I'm gonna go with a 5-2 win!

Was anyone watching the same game as me? I thought it was a throwback to the BNL days-fast, open and end-to-end-that Jeff Marshall seems like a poor man's Neal Martin in terms of skating ability. Was disappointed in Shmyr though-for someone who had such a big reputation as an agitator he was completely anonymous. We also saw a bit of history made last night as Patric Lochi failed to score against the Blaze for the first time ever, home or away or neutral venue. Cory Morgan looked nothing special-nor indeed did anyone catch the eye apart from Marshall's skating-but they still deserve to be at Elite League level-they were more entertaining than the Bison and possibly the Racers...

No ;D
I have to say i thought it was a poor game.
Blaze were poor, Stars were poor, but Blaze just had that flash of brillance from time to time to see them through to get the two points.
Although the game did kick-start after Dundee got the score back to 3-2 and we had a good 10-15 minutes or so!

Whilst no means a classic, I did enjoy this one (Mainly thanks to the Stars fans) and have seen worse games this season.
Hopefully the Stars can get things sorted correctly to be accepted into the Elite league as I'm sure they would be a welcome presence

I'd love to see the Stars in the EIHL next season, fingers crossed things will get sorted and they will make the move up! Stars fans were great!
