Well i'm fine with any time, although during the day would probably be better as im getting a bus there and back, and buses can be a bit all over the place on Bank Holidays. But like I said, whenever is kool with me! ;D

yo chief, you set a time everyone listens to the chief    Well if we say between 2-4 for the majority and take it from there. If there are to be a large number turning up later then we cater for that as it happens with the laser thingy afterwards. How are the peeps with that? |

Yeah ok but unless an "earliest "starting time is set it could be chaotic.
I recall last year peeps were hanging around for ages until it was realised that no others were attending.
Besides a 2 hour window should be enough to categorise if people will be there or late

That sounds fine.
We do need a def time sorting out.
So for now, we will say 3pm, if thats too much of a problem for anyone then say.
P.S. What number bus goes up there? And what times are that bus? Cheers

Coventry's only free bus goes from town to Walsgrave hospital. I can't remember what it is as I have a strange phobia of buses and I wouldn't get it.
I'll be getting there about 7pm tomorrow.

Buses 32 and 33 to Potters Green will take you to the Red Lion next to Walsgrave Hospital. From then it is just a short walk past Asda (Fine shop ) on the right hand side. Not sure if the buses to catch are in Pool Meadow or Broadgate. Times may vary due to it being a bank holiday |
