I'm not sure what the verb is to post onto a forum but I have recently used the following word and think it should be the verb as described earlier

FORUMATE

Examples;

He forumated well on that topic

I'll be finished in a minute just got to forumate

Great idea for a new song forumate it when you get back

If you have any viewpoints on this then forumate
