Question one-no right answers. Steph is right with the answer to question two-Messier answered criticism of the Rangers play in the NY and national press by saying that not only would the Rangers even the series against their deadly rivals at Madison Square Garden, but they'd win the Game 7 and then silence the doubters by winning the Cup-which they duly did, beating the Vancouver Canucks. Follow-up question, related (well, directly linked since it happened in the final series) to the above answer-who was the first Vancouver Canuck to earn a penalty shot in the Stanley Cup playoffs, and what was the result (goal or save)? 3-it is indeed right (I had to use a calculator) 4. The answer is French-how many countries is it spoken in worldwide? And how many for German, and what are they? 5. It is indeed Napoleon. Question 1 is still open-as are the follow-ups

Appollos manager in the Rocky films was called Duke.
Is the answer to number 1 on PWs questions Ken Priestley. I am guessing it is from someone whom we only played twice although if it was a Devils player it would be in five matches which is much more imressive
How many countries is French spoken in- too mant in my opinion!

Sorry that there isn't a variety of subjects here and 3 of the questions are sport related. Was in a bit of a rush so just typed any random questions that came to my head.

Big Dave Steeler got questions 4 and 5 correct. He got question 2 wrong but it was a team that David O'Leary once managed that beat Aresnal although he had left that club by then. Question 3 is one that catches a lot of people out as they often misinterpret it.

I see 2 people have been caught out on Question 3.
The question is:
What was the Prime Minister's name in 1982?
Its not:
Who was the Prime Minister in 1982?

King Rich is correct. The Prime Ministers name in 1982 was Tony Blair just like it is now even though he wasn't actually Prime Minister at the time. Margarate Thatcher was. By the way JAC was correct that Peter Reid was the last manager to defeat Arsenal in a league game.
